Nice hotel. It seems they are in the process of renovating and transitioning with a brand new staff. All staff were nice and professional. The area is nice. The desk lamp was missing a lightbulb, but one call to the front desk and it was taken care of swiftly!
The staff was simply Amazing!! Felt like home! 3rd shift person was like a distant Cuzn tho. " I'm doing my nightly audit and I can't give you your receipt"! What about the other PC you are not using Lady! Everyone else thank and we love you guys! The staff made our stay enjoyable! The wedding we attended was also amazing!
My rating was a 4 star because of the staff. I had a several issues with the room and they not only addressed it but went over and beyond to accommodate our needs. they took care of us so well that we decided to extend our stay after first deciding that we may possibly leave. The front desk attendant was very friendly. It was light night when he got in and he was very chipper and friendly. The room was nice and clean and it smelled good. That's a plus for me

I called 6 times prior to arrival and could not get through, even after reaching out to sales, reservations and catering. Phone service in the room was sporadic. This is the third Marriott property I've visited in the last two months with the same phone issues. This problem NEEDS TO BE FIXED. In addition, had to remind staff twice for the extra items I ordered prior to arrival. Since I couldnt reach them via the room or my personal phone, I had to get dressed and go to the front desk. Never received half of the items.
The most comfortable sofa bed I've ever slept on! Sitting in the shower. The location is very convenient for eating out and shopping. Friendly staff, paid meals available, no free breakfast or bar.
On Sunday, June 29, 2025, I was going to go out and get something to eat. As I was leaving, I realized the hotel did serve some food there. So, I decided to give it a try. I was helped by a very nice and informative lady, who was Crystal. I ordered the Bistro burger and it came with fries. That was one of the best burger that I have had. I asked Crystal if she had cooked it and she said yes. So next time you want a good burger and good service, go try it and see Crystal. A great employee!
